Lyndsey Stevenato Children’s Therapy Services out of Barrie & Parry Sound initially hired Digital Giants to complete a digital audit for their online presence, but when they realized their potential clients weren’t able to find important information on their website to help them in their decision making process, they decided to go ahead with a website update earlier than originally planned. See how we took them through a full to clearly outline each persona’s buyer journey, to create a sitemap, to see what content is missing to then building a website.

Buyer Journey
We worked with Children’s Therapy Services to create a website path to purchase for each of their 5 personas. We helped them pull out pertinent information that their persona’s needed throughout their journey. We clearly outlined each funnel stage (discovery, consideration, conversion and advocacy) and what pain points were experienced by the personas at each stage.

Sitemap
By clearly outlining each personas buyer journey, we were able to see what pages and content were needed for their new website. From this, we created their sitemap – what pages we were going to build them, as well as a description of what content was going to be on each page – allowing CTS to easily gather content when the time came. They also received a spreadsheet that contained a list of content that didn’t currently exist on their website, so they could slowly start creating this content when the website was done as part of their content marketing efforts.

Website
As part of this initial process of planning the website’s content we were able to know right away what the style of the website was going to be and easily find a template that would serve as a starting point for the website’s design. We sourced various plugins to improve user experience – like an events plugin, WP Forms with conditional logic, cookie consent, accessibility and social media feeds.

Reviews & Approvals
We were able to collaborate with the client using a third party program – Atarim, that allowed us to share the development site with the client and have them annotate the website pages with changes they wanted to make. This removed the necessity of the client having to take screenshots of what they wanted to do.
Mobile friendly
Although all of our sites are inherently mobile-friendly, we go a step further by conducting thorough mobile checks to guarantee that the content not only appears well but also operates seamlessly on any mobile device. Any sections that might not have seamlessly transitioned to mobile will be manually fine-tuned, ensuring an exceptional user experience for your users.
