The discovery step helps us put on paper what problems you are trying to solve for your audience. Through the discovery session we are able to set some goals and objectives to guide our strategy.
Once we have a thorough understanding of your business and goals, we get to work creating a strategy to help you acheive those goals. We consider all aspects of digital when formulating your strategy: website & landing pages, search engine optimization, social media, advertising, and more! We present you with the strategy as well as a timeline for implementation, so when you’re ready, we’re ready!
Once you’ve reviewed and approved the strategy and timeline, we get to work putting it into motion. We utilize our project management system: Teamwork, to help keep our “to do” list organized, and clear for everyone involved. We set realistic deadlines, and ensure everything is working properly upon launch. We also ensure the proper tracking is in place so we can report on your goals, objectives and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
We will report on the strategy’s KPI’s, successes, optimizations and recommendations on a monthly or quarterly basis (based on your package).
