CISS Canada
CISS Canada had a goal to more easily allow website users to browse their large library of services. To do this, we created a sitemap to nest content so users can digest smaller (right-sized) amounts of information, and go deeper if they wanted. They also needed the content to answer as many questions on-site, so the sales team receives fewer questions. Finally, the site needed to be enticing to students/teens to assist with repeat business. To do this, we used high-quality visual content to showcase CISS in a positive light: fun, friendly, and experiential.

Plugins
While we were creating the website brief for the project we outlined the plugins that we felt were mandatory to allow the site to work well for the client as well as its users. We chose the Knowledge Base plugin to easily organize their FAQs and we utilized a print page plugin to allow users to print the website pages easily.

Design
CISS Canada has 2 additional sister companies: MLI Homestay and MLI ESL that were going to be redesigned at the same time. When we began thinking of the design for the sites we wanted to choose something that would work across all three brands, enough that it would allow each site to stand out individually but also with enough similarity that there was a cohesive look from the fonts, colours and overall design elements.
